These are the cantilever stud arms that used to come with VO's Campeur Racks. (The current Campeur racks are not compatible with these arms).

They're made from 7mm stainless steel rod and are 85mm in length. While they are designed for older VO racks, they should work fine on the Nitto's offerings as well.
