General Terms & Conditions:

Packing & Delivery:

Orders generally ship within 24 hours of receipt (pending account status).  Please contact us directly for an accurate forecast of dispatch times per order.


All orders are shipped via GLS, UPS, TNT or via road freight.  Carrier and method is selected based on weight/volume, value of order and destination.  Flat rate per box shipping is available to most locations.  Please contact us for shipping prices.  Larger orders ship by pallet where applicable. All shipping costs are calculated per order.


Inventory/Out Of Stock:

All items listed as "in stock" are in our warehouse and ready to ship.  On occasion, inventory issues will be encountered and an item ordered will in fact be unavailable.  In such cases, your order will ship "as is" and you will only be invoiced for shipped items.



Our general payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice, with different terms available after agreement only.


Order Process:

- You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed.  Please check this confirmation for errors and contact us immediately if any are present.

- Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment email with tracking details for your order, along with a invoice for the shipped products.



All sales are final.  Please contact us for return/replacement of defective goods.

To help us provide the fastest possible warranty service, we request that all enquiries are in the following format:

Email subject - [BRAND] Warranty [Product Name] [Serial Number - if applicable]

Email content for complete bikes:

- picture of complete bike (still assembled) from drive side

- picture of the BB showing serial number

- picture of the damage

- make and model of the bike

- size of frame

- colour of the frame

- order number relating to item

- purchase date (for the end customer)

Email content for parts:

- picture of the damage

- make and model of the part

- order number relating to item

- purchase date (for the end customer)


We will endeavor to reply to a warranty request within 48 hours.
